What happens when your account is deleted?

Your login access will be permanently revoked across our web portal and mobile app.
Your personal identifiers, profile information, and virtual bank account links will be unlinked.
Wallet Balance: Any unclaimed wallet balance may be forfeited once the account is closed. We strongly advise that you withdraw or spend down your balance prior to submitting this request.
Statutory transaction receipts required by financial audit regulations will be securely anonymized.
